The Approach
A staged rough-to-final process that pulls construction dust out of the space instead of moving it around — ending with a white-glove pass before handover.
- Rough clean: debris removal, sticker and adhesive removal, vacuuming of all surfaces
- Fine dust extraction from vents, ledges, ceilings and light fixtures
- Paint, grout and caulk overspray removal from glass, tile and hardware
- Full interior window, track and frame detailing
- Final white-glove inspection pass before client walkthrough
